"Sully" won his third CC at Scottish Breeds under Sue Thomson to become the 8th Lindenka Champion for his owner/breeder, Marie Purchon.  He is the first UK Champion for sire, Pai and dam, Summer Pudding.  The pairing is virtually outcrossed.  Summer Pudding is the great granddaughter of the kennel's first Champion, Lindenka Prim'n Proper.  Pudding's dam Shannon won a CC and is the younger sister of Ch Lindenka Brannigan, the kennel's biggest winner.  Sully came out in 2009, winning a reserve CC at 13 months old.  He won 2CCs in 2010, including BIS at the North of Ireland WHWT Club.

Later in the year he left the UK to take up residence in Denmark.

"Moonsie" took her 3rd CC at National Terrier becoming the 35th Ashgate Champion for Sue Thomson's kennel.  Moonsie won her previous CCs as a junior in 2011.  She becomes the first UK Champion for her Spanish visitor sire, Centurion and dam, Maybole who also won CCs as a junior. Centurion and Maybole are linked by successful sons of the multi titled Ch Ashgate Sallachy.  Multi titled Ashgate Connel joined the Alborada kennel winning Championships all over Europe, along with his litter sister and dam.  He appears in both Centurion and Maybole's pedigrees.  The other Sallachy son is Ch Ashgate Sinclair, the most successful UK Champion sire and he appears several times in Maybole's pedigree.  One of his many Champion offspring includes Ch Lindenka Prim'n Proper.

"Wolfie" became the 8th Krisma Champion for Dot Britten after winning his title with BIS at the "of England" Championship show.  He is the 2nd UK Champion for his German breeders, the Deipenbrocks and his sire, UK CC winner Spitnpolish.  Wolfie is the grandson of 2 key stud dogs, Ch Hopecharm Willie Makeit for Karamynd (sire of 9 UK Champions) and Ch Krisma Streetwise (sire of 11 UK Champions).  He does go back to the first Krisma Champion, Lasara Hell Of A Girl, through her daughter, Krisma Keynote at Olac who is the dam of Streetwise.   Wolfie won 10 CCs during 2012 plus a Terrier Group and other placings to become the year's Top Westie, the first for the Krisma kennel.  Wolfie's first offspring in the show ring include 2012's Top Puppy and 3 Reserve CC winners.

"Morgan" won his 3rd CC with the Terrier Group and Reserve BIS at Bath to become the 13th Karamynd Champion for Jennie Griffiths.  He became the 11th UK Champion for his sire, Ch Krisma Streetwise and the 2nd for his dam, Ch Karamynd Play To The Crowd, a former Scottish Breeds BIS winner.  She is also dam to former Top Westie, UK/Int Ch Karamynd Play The Game as well as his Nordic Champion litter brother.  In 2009, Morgan had won the Puppy Terrier Group at Bath and also qualified for the Pup of the Year Competition. In 2010 he won two CCs, both with BOB and both with Group places, plus three Reserve CCs.  After his win at Bath, Morgan took further CCs at Border Union and BOB at Bournemouth with another Group place.  His first Champion daughter won her title at Leeds and won the bitch CC at Bournemouth.  

"Axel" won his UK title after several trips over from his home in the Netherlands, becoming the first UK Champion for his owner, Ilse Blankestijn of the Armadale kennel.  Axel is the 14th Champion for Jennie Griffiths' Karamynds, becoming the 5th UK Champion for his sire, UK/Int Ch K Play The Game and the first for his dam, Ch K Lilac Wine.  The pair are linked by littermates, Ch K Play To The Crowd and Ch K High As A Kite.  Axel's first CC came at the WKC in 2011, his 2nd at the special Kennel Club sponsored show in Dortmund, Germany 2012 and his 3rd at Windsor, making a UK Championship his 8th title held across Europe.  Axel is the first Dutch resident Westie to gain a UK title, though in the late 1970s, Dutch Ch Lasara Lots Of Fun returned to the UK and gained his title with owner Jane Kabel who had joined the famous Lasara kennel.

"Tara" became the first Champion for the Lizandycris kennel after winning her qualifying CCs within July, at Windsor, East of England, Leeds and a 4th at Bournemouth.  Tara began the year with Reserve CCs at Manchester and Crufts, then another at Three Counties.  She also won two Club Open BIS awards along the way for owners and breeders, Jennifer Carlin and Liz Gillott.  Three other CC winners have come from the kennel: Comdale Curtain Call at Lizandycis (2CCs), Lizandycris Devlin Disguise and Lizandycris Ruby Tuesday.  Tara becomes the first UK Champion for her sire, Ch Karamynd Play It Again and Lizandycris Allayah, a daughter of Ch Lynnsto Pellam.  The pedigree contains 3 key stud dogs of recent times, Ch Krisma Streetwise, Ch Hopecharm Willie Makeit for Karamynd and Ch Ariostea Pilgrim to Ashgate.  

"Peanut" won her CCs at Three Counties, the Southern WHWT Club and the BIS at the WHWT Club to become the 5th Champion for the Lynnsto kennel of Mich Dale.  Peanut was Top Puppy in 2010, winning a Puppy Terrier Group at Bath.  She is the first UK Champion for her sire, Irish Ch Lynnsto Barclaycard, who also sired 2012 CC winner, Lynnsto Eye Candy.  Peanut's dam, Highcrest Enya Dreams Lynnsto is now dam to 3 UK Champions after UK/Irish Ch L Ultraviolet (2009) and Ch L Man About Town (2011) as well as two overseas title holders.  She is a daughter of a French dog from a Lynnsto bitch, Arruna, the daughter of the first Lynnsto Westies, Ashgate Leny and Roscafin Arrina at Lynnsto.  Arrina links Barclaycard and Enya Dreams through Arruna and the first Lynnsto Champion, Pellam.    

"Banjo" becomes the 7th Champion for the Inverglen kennel of Wendy Corri.  He won his CCs at Paignton, SKC in August, then Belfast with BOB.  He is the 3rd UK Champion for his sire, Ch Lindenka Brannigan (the first Champion sired by Ch Krisma Streetwise) and the first for his dam, Inverglen Enchanted who goes back to the first two Inverglen Champions, Ch Cabon Sea Lord and Ch Cabon Time Lord of Inverglen, both bred by Chris Bacon.  Brannigan and Enchanted are linked to Ch Olac Moon Pilot, the breed CC record holder, Time Lord's sire and Streetwise's grandsire.  Banjo started his show career in 2007, winning three Best Puppy awards.  He won 4 Reserve CCs in 2010, another in 2011, then his title in 2012.  Banjo's son, Inverglen Lord Of The Manor is a Best Puppy winner.
