CHAMPION ASHGATE SAUCHER AT KRISTAJEN

Cider took her title at Scottish Breeds,

after CCs at SKC in August 2003 and

Manchester 2004.  She becomes the first UK

Champion for her sire, Pilgrim who was BOB at

Scottish Breeds and then RBIS.  Saucher is the

9th UK Champion for Kristajen and the 28th

for Ashgate.  Her dam is CC winner Ashgate

Skene, a daughter of Ch Ashgate Sinclair.  Six of

Pilgrim's CC or reserve CC winners are from

Sinclair daughters.  The first Kristajen Champion

was Copyright, made up in 1978.  The latest was

homebred Casterspell in 2002 who took his

first CC at Scottish Breeds that year.

Magic won a reserve CC at her first UK

Championship show, the of England Club from

junior.  And two years later after entering a

handful of shows won her third CC and BIS at

the same show.  She took her 1st CC at the N of I

WHWT Club last year and BOB at the National

Terrier.  She has been handled in 2004 by her

breeders and becomes the 6th Burneze Champion.  

She is the first for owners, the Fitzpatricks from

Ireland although they've had many Irish Champions.

She becomes the 3rd UK Champion from the first

litter of Ch Lakamoni Imperial Lady at Burneze

and the 4th for sire, UK/Irish Ch Bournehaven

Birthday Guy.

CHAMPION CHAROSMACK CLEAR DREAMS

Clear Dreams took her CCs over three years,

winning her first at Southern Counties 2002,

Crufts 2003 and WELKS 2004 with Group 2 for

good measure.  She becomes the 4th Charosmack

Champion for Roz Dunne. The 3rd was litter brother,

C.Clogs'n Togs at Dilkhuish who took BOB at Crufts

2003.  Their sire was the 2nd Champion, Clog

Dancer who took Top Westie in 2000 and 2001,

made his mark in Europe and is now in America.  

Their dam, Wee Hy Lynn's Cheerleader is an

American import, the first to produce UK Champions.

Clear Dream's first litter to Ch Krisma Streetwise

produced a Czech Champion and 2003 CC winner,

Charosmack Cracked Ice over Havasu.

Trigger Happy took Best Puppy at Crufts

2003 and later his 1st CC at the Southern Club

show. In 2004 he was BOB at Crufts and gained his

title at Birmingham.  He becomes the 5th Bellevue

Champion for owner and breeder, Tina Squire, and

descends from all the others.  He is from the 4th,

Ch Bellevue Tiger Lilly, who is by the 3rd, Ch

Bournehaven Birthday Guy who is by the 2nd,

Ch Ashgate Bern Era and a grandson of the 1st, Ch

Mac Hars of Bellevue.  Trigger is the 4th UK title

holder for his sire, Ch Krisma Streetwise, Top Terrier

Stud Dog 2003.  The judge at Birmingham National

gave Trigger's sister, B Guilded Lily by Krisma Best

Puppy when he judged in 2002.

Talk Of The Town came from the first litter

sired by Int Ch Ariostea Pilgrim to Ashgate and

becomes his second UK Champion after gaining his

Irish title in 2003.  Talk Of The Town took several BP

awards in 2001/2002, as did litter sister, Gilbri Worth

The Wait who also took a reserve CC as a puppy.  

They are from a former Top Puppy, Gilbri Dominique,

by Ch Ashgate Sinclair.  Talk becomes the 7th Gilbri

Champion since the first, Ch Tammy of Gilbri who was

made up in 1984.  Talk descends from the 2nd and 3rd

Champions who appear in the bitch line of the pedigree,

Ch Gilbri Pippins Pride and her granddaughter, Ch

Gilbri Hazel.  The latest Champion took all his CCs with

BOB at the WHWT Club 2003, Windsor and Leeds.

Scots Progress becomes the 29th Ashgate

Champion since 1976, after CC & BOB wins at

Southern Counties, Border Union and City of

Birmingham, plus another for good measure at

Darlington.  He was also Group#2 at Southern Counties,

meaning two group placements with two dogs for Sue

Thomson this year.  Scot becomes the third Champion of

the year for his sire, Pilgrim and from the first litter of

his dam, Ashgate Scots Sagacity.  She is a daughter of

Ch Ashgate Ivanhoe ex UK/Irish Ch Kyntilly Highland

Wisdom at Ashgate, a grandson and daughter of Ch

Ashgate Sinclair.   Pilgrim has one further line to

Sinclair and another to his litter sister, Skerry,

through his dam, Ch Ashgate Sonsie.  With seven CC

winners in 2004, Pilgrim was the Top Terrier Stud Dog.

Adorable took her first CC in 2001, a 2nd

in 2003 and her 3rd at Darlington becoming the

first Champion for her owner, Julie Steemson, her

sire, CC winner Janchard Unforgeta-Bell and dam,

Wesscots Fairytail.  She is the 6th Bellevue Champion

for Tina Squire and recently had a litter to 2004

Champion B Trigger Happy, producing 2 Crufts

qualifiers.  Adorable's pedigree turns up two previous

Bellevue Champions, the first two, Ch Mac Hars of

Bellevue and Ch Ashgate Bern Era through her sire.

Her dam, Fairytail is a daughter of Ch Wesscots One

Knight Stand, the sire of successful stud dog, Ch

Krisma Streetwise (sire of Trigger Happy), through

a Bellevue bitch whose dam is the granddam of

Bellevue's mosr successful stud, UK/Irish Ch

Bournehaven Birthday Guy.

Willo The Wisp took her title at the North

of Ireland WHWT Club show, where two years

before her uncle, Kingsview Pie Eyed won his

third CC and BIS.  Willo is the 3rd Champion for

her owner/breeder, Julie Coley.  The first was Ch

Sarmac First Impression at K whose daughter was

CC winner, K Tillymint, the dam of Pie Eyed and

granddam of Willo, through daughter, Sky High.  

Willo came out in the spring of 2003 and was Best

Puppy at Leeds.  She won her first CC at Windsor,

then a 2nd at Welsh KC, becoming the second UK

Champion for sire, Ch Hopecharm Willie Makeit

for Karamynd who won three CCs in 2004.  

Willie Makeit and Sky High are not closely related

and are vaguely linked through their Haweswalton

and Sarmac ancestors.

Eric is the 4th Karamynd Champion

for Jennie Griffiths.  He is by 2003's Top

Westie, Willie Makeit who retired this year

with 12CCs.  Eric began the year with Best

Puppy at Crufts, was unbeaten in Junior and took

his three qualifiying CCs during September and

October, including BIS at the Southern Club and

then his 4th CC and BOB at LKA where last year

he was Best Puppy and his dad won the dog CC.

He is the third Champion for Rowan and the first

for his dam, Hopecharm Full Of Deelite at

Karamynd.  Deelite is by Ch Ashgate Sinclair ex

Hopecharm Full Of Promise and so a younger full

sister of CC winner, Hopecharm Full Of Fire,

Rowans maternal grandsire.  There were three

Crufts qualified sisters in Eric's litter too.
